The entire experience was awesome and fun. Then to top it off, it was built ahead of schedule so we got to move in earlier than anticipated. "I purchased a new home from Jay in the summer of 2018. There were several things that I wanted added to the home before I purchased the home, he completed all of them quickly and correctly. He didn’t try to cut corners and just get the job done, but he did it right. There were very few items that needed to be corrected after I moved in, but the ones I needed to get taken care of, he was prompt in getting them fixed and getting the contractors out. He always followed up and was very nice to work with. At the one year walk through, he made sure everything was taken care of like I wanted. I have built two new houses prior to buying this home, I told myself I would never build again because of the bad experiences I had. However, after meeting and working with Jay, I have reconsidered and am thinking of building a home in the country. Jay is honest, friendly, and fun to work with. He enjoys building homes and it shows. I would highly recommend Jay."
